Pearfect – 7.5% ABV

Pearfect is created by adding pear juice and chamomile tea to our Rhône cider base and elevated to another level with an addition of Colorado wildflower honey. Notes of chamomile tea, wildflower honey, pear blossoms, and honeysuckle.

English Style – 8.0% ABV

The BOCO Cider that started it all. Washington apple juice fermented with a tried and true English Cider Yeast.  Delicious baked apple taste with notes of pear & hints of caramel.

Son of Bourbon (S.O.B.) – 8.3% ABV

S.O.B. comes to life by aging our English Cider in freshly harvested Bourbon barrels from local distillers. S.O.B. has notes of baking spices, Pink Lady apple, and subtle bourbon barrel.

Passionfruit – 7.1% ABV

Passionfruit is back for a limited time. Passionfruit is a barrel aged slightly sour cider finished with passionfruit and apple juice. This tart, tangy, and tropical cider has notes of Passionfruit (of course), mango, and peach

Boulder Bushel 2023 – 7.6% ABV

Boulder Bushel is crafted in the spirit of pre-prohibition Boulder County apple growers by fermenting a field blend of ripe apples with minimal intervention into delicious hard cider.  The 2023 vintage of Boulder Bushel is a clean & dry cider reminiscent of a Pinot Blanc with almond & mineral undertones. 

Ginger - 7.3% ABV

Over 1/2 lb of fresh ginger is infused into every gallon of this cider. Unmistakably floral ginger is accentuated by ginger spice and fresh apple juice.

Trunk & Twig – 8.4% ABV

Trunk & Twig was created by aging a sour cider in Bourbon Barrels from local distillers. After six months in oak this cider is finished with with dark maple syrup from Vermont. Notes of oak, vanilla, maple, and clove woven into a sour tapestry.

Cinnergy – 7.2%% ABV

A trial-tested blend of cinnamon, barrel aging, dry base cider, and final keg conditioning with apple & a smidge of maple syrup. Cinnamon & fruit lead with barrel and maple adding soft notes.

Mango Tango - 8.0% ABV

An extra spicy cider infused with 7 different hot peppers finished with Pear/Mango juice for a spicy, tropical, and balanced cider. This cider is HOT!!!

Cheeky Cider – 8.0% ABV

An endearing irreverent cider back blended with lychee after a tropical fermentation.  It winks at you with notes of kiwi & stone fruit.

Citra Cider - 8.3% ABV

Our Citra dry-hopped cider screams India Pale Cider! Earthy with lemon/lime undertones, a small bitter note, and hop resins galore.
